No. Many people attend because they’re overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck in anxious patterns — not because they’ve been formally diagnosed.

Research shows that group therapy can be equally effective for many anxiety disorders and is often more supportive due to shared experiences.

Depression/Anxiety Intensive Outpatient Group
Meets 3 days each week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
Meetings are 3 hours per day (9:00am to 12:00pm) with breaks.
After Care Program
Meets twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Meeting are 1 hour per day (3:00pm to 4:00pm).

Yes, we do allow clients to change providers. We recommend giving your initial provider at least four sessions to determine fit.

The length of an individual therapy session is up to you and your provider. The average length is 60 minutes, but sessions can be shorter if an ending point is reached earlier and they may be longer if you’re experiencing a crisis.

All psychological testing begins with a structured interview where your provider will ask you a series of questions about symptoms, history, and current life situation. From there, the testing procedure depends upon the potential diagnoses. Some testing involves face-to-face assessments of memory, verbal skills, and academic ability. Other testing involves take-home assessments completed digitally. Most testing visits don’t take longer than an hour.

Yes! By default you will receive email reminders, but this can be changed to text reminders at your request.

We do not currently offer medication management, but we hope to do so in the near future!

We do not currently offer neuropsychological testing, only general psychological testing to confirm or rule out diagnoses such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, learning disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, etc.
